Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a Cuban and American TV arbitrator ever since Caso Cerrado. She was born in Havana Cuba Ana moved to Miami at the age of 2 years old and was accompanied by family members. Ana Maria Polo, a born and raised in Habana Cuba hosts the renowned Telemundo show "Caso CerradoThe first Spanish program that was awarded an Emmy for the daytime entertainment category. It was named in 2015 as the top Spanish-language TV program in the evening time slot at 4pm across all categories. Polo was born on the 11th, 1959 in Havana Cuba, graduated from Florida International University in Political Science. After that, she received a PhD in law from the University of Miami, and was a lawyer for over 20 years within Miami. In the end, she obtained her PhD in law from the University of Miami and practiced law for 20 years in Miami. Polo was first shown to viewers on television in 2001 on Telemundo's program Sala de Parejas (2001) along with other court shows where the legal skills of her was showcased. Literature Accolades She published Los Hijos Muertos in 1958. The novel won the Critic's Prize and the Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain in the year 1960. Polo is a survivor of breast cancer and often gives talks to raise funds. In her long life, she's been fighting in the fight for LGBT equality. Her law degree was awarded in 1987 from University of Miami School of Law.
